At St. Gabriel Designs, each piece of clothing carries only the reference to a Bible verse, not the full text. This is intentional: it creates opportunities for conversation and lets you share the verse’s meaning in your own words. Below, you’ll find the verses behind our designs, followed by a simple explanation to help bring out the heart of the message.
Psalm 117“Praise the Lord, all nations! Extol him, all peoples! For great is his steadfast love toward us, and the faithfulness of the Lord endures forever. Praise the Lord!”
A call for everyone, everywhere, to worship God. His love never fails and His faithfulness never ends.
John 3:16“For God so loved the world, that he gave his only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal life.”
The heart of the gospel: God’s great love shown through Jesus, bringing eternal life to all who believe.
Revelation 21:4“He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away..”
God promises a future with Him where pain, sorrow, and death are gone forever.
Philippians 4:13“I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”
Our strength comes from Christ, empowering us to endure and overcome life’s challenges.
Jeremiah 29:11“For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.”
God’s plans for us are good, filled with hope and purpose—even in hard seasons.
Romans 8:28“And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.”
God can use every circumstance for good in the lives of those who love and follow Him.
Psalm 23:1“The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.”
God provides, protects, and cares for us like a good shepherd, so we lack nothing we truly need.
Matthew 5:16“In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.”
We are called to live in a way that reflects God’s love and brings Him glory.
Isaiah 40:31“But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”
Trusting in God renews our strength, giving us endurance and hope to keep going.
Proverbs 3:5–6“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.”
True wisdom is trusting God fully and letting Him guide our steps.
2 Corinthians 5:7“For we walk by faith, not by sight.”
Faith means trusting God even when we cannot see the outcome.
Ephesians 2:8–9“For by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of God, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.”
We are saved by God’s gift of grace through faith—not by anything we can earn or do ourselves.
Joshua 1:9“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.”
God tells us to be strong and brave because He is always with us, no matter where we are.
Galatians 2:20“I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.”
Our old life is gone—now Jesus lives in us, and we follow Him by faith because of His love.
Psalm 46:10“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”
God calls us to stop striving and trust Him, knowing He is in control over all the earth.
Micah 6:8“He has told you, O man, what is good; and what does the Lord require of you but to do justice, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with your God?”
